Cameron Kasky

Cameron Kasky is an American gun control advocate and activist against gun violence in the United States. He is a survivor of the February 14, 2018 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Cameron is one of the founding members of Never Again MSD, a gun control advocacy group led by survivors of the shooting. Other founders are David Hogg and Emma González.

He was raised in Florida.

Cameron’s paternal grandfather is Robert Andrew Kasky (the son of Richard Kasky/Kaskowitz and Alice Kirschner). Richard was the son of Abraham Kaskowitz and Mary Weiss. Alice was the daughter of Max Kirschner and Ray Weingarten, who were from Galicia.

Cameron’s paternal grandmother is named Nancy Cohen (the daughter of Samuel Cohen and Ruth).
