Andrew Bogut is an Australian professional basketball player. A center, he played for the Milwaukee Bucks, the Golden State Warriors, the Dallas Mavericks, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Assocation (NBA), and for the Sydney Kings of the National Basketball League (NBL). He is 7′0″.
He is the son of Croatian parents, Ankica and Mišo Bogut. They moved to Australia in the 1970s. He is married to Jessica, with whom he has two children. He speaks Croatian.
Andrew Bogut is my all-time favorite basketball player. Didn’t know he was Croatian, but was pretty sure there was something Eastern-European in him.
