Does Monaco its own ethnicity, or are they just ethnically French?

      According to CIA

Ethnic groups: French 47%, Monegasque 16%, Italian 16%, other 21% (meaning billionaires of various nationalities).

Anyhow the indigenous Monegasque are Italian, their dialect is Ligurian.
