Zlata Ognevich is a Ukrainian singer and politician. She represented the Ukraine in the 2013 Eurovision contest. She was a member of the Verkhovna Rada, a People’s Deputy of Ukraine, from 27 November, 2014 to 10 November, 2015, under her birth name Inna Bordiuh.

She was raised in Sudak, Crimea. She moved to Kyiv at eighteen, to study music. Zlata has said, “I made ​​an alias to reflect my roots: Serbian, Hungarian and even Italian.”
