Vitamin C is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actress. She has appeared in Hairspray (1988), Dracula 2000, and Scary Movie 2, among other films. She is the daughter of Vita, a legal secretary, and Gerard Fitzpatrick, a communications executive.

Vitamin C’s paternal grandfather was John Lawrence Fitzpatrick (the son of Arthur Raymond Fitzpatrick and Lillian O. “Lillie/Lilly” LaPoint). John was born in New York. Arthur was the son of Irish immigrants John Fitzpatrick and Elizabeth Thompson. Lillian was the daughter of Franco-Ontarian immigrants Charles LaPoint and Virginie “Virginia” Dion, both of Brockville.

Vitamin C’s paternal grandmother was Alice Gertrude Costello (the daughter of Edward Joseph Costello and Agnes Marie Taylor). Alice was born in New York. Edward was of Irish descent, and was the son of Matthew Costello and Ellen Cox. Agnes was also of Irish descent, and was the daughter of Herbert Taylor and Jane Crowley.

Vitamin C’s maternal grandfather was named Guisseppi/Guisseppi Paul “Joseph” Androccio. Joseph was born in New Jersey.

Vitamin C’s maternal grandmother was Emilia “Millie”/Mildred Sass (the daughter of Andrew “Andrzej Sas” Sass and Victoria “Wiktorja Sas” Pula). Emilia was born in New Jersey, to Polish parents. Andrew was born in Dąbrowa Tarnowska, Powiat dąbrowski, Małopolskie, the son of Stanislaw Sas and Marianna Olearczyk.
