i definitely see the Irish and Filipina mix. Her dad is mostly Irish, and her mom IS a Filipina, so it makes perfect sense.

mexico is the most diverse country in america. mestizos and indigenous folk are not the only people in mexico. it has a long history w/ a population coming from all walks of life, like africans who escaped slavery from the spanish and sought sanctuary w/ indigenous rebels, and later some also escaped from slavery in the united states finding freedom in mexico (where slavery was ilegal) . you also have the europeans (not including the invading spanish and french) who emagrated to mexico from every single country in europe ,like the former slaves they stayed and mixed w/ the locals. it also has jewish people, some of which came as refugees during world war 2 escaping the third reich.mexico opened its doors when no other country would out of fear of hitlers germany. mexico had the first black president(vicente guerrero) in the americas. thats why there are mexicans of all colors & religions. there are brown, black, and white people w/ black or blonde hair or green, brown or blue eyes. mexico even has frickin gingers just look at louie C.K.

Mexico is not the MOST diverse country in the world. America has all the diversity of Mexico because we have Mexicans immigrating here. We also have asians, africans, more people from europe, etc. Brazil is also one of the most diverse countries in the world. They have people who are super mixed like Adriana Lima, and people who aren’t mixed at all like Giselle who is from a Brazillian-German colony. They have the highest japanese population other than japan, lots of africans, people who are mixed with the natives, etc. So Brazil and America are probably the most diverse countries in terms of ethnicity. I don’t know what Mexico has to do with Vanessa Hudgens though.

so true! it’s only that she got her dad’s facial features but her color, her body, her height is very Filipina(I’m talking about plain Filipina features, not the mixed one). She looked Indian-Filipina when she was younger.

and how are you sure they are of Malay, Chinese & Spanish decent? there tons of Japanese decent, even Indian decent in the Philippines. The information on ethnicity was more than likely provided by different sources.

I’m a filipina.. All Filipinos are already mixed with a different decent… There’s Spanish,Japanese,Chinese,americans etc. Except for the native Filipinos I’m kinda half Spanish,Japanese,american and native Filipino but it depends on our ancestors :))

Another wishful thinking. Why do you people keep claiming you’re mixed when you don’t look like anything more than a Chinese, Malaysian or Indonesian? You even go as far as saying Filipinos look like Mexicans & other Latinos. The majority of Filipinos are NOT mixed, almost every Filipino is 100% Malay. Accept it & deal with it!
