Steven also has Basque (through Arrastia) and Catalan (through Salvador). Retain Spanish while I am still confirming the Castilian ancestry of the Sulse family, as one of his Sulse ancestors died in Madrid, but the origin is unknown yet. Meanwhile, Francisca was of part Chinese descent. And, Steven’s Filipino ethnicities are Kapampangan and Waray.

Split Spanish, Basque, Catalan, and Chinese away from Filipino, please.

andrew July 31, 2015 at 4:54 pm

follers, can you add Steve?

cwm85 July 31, 2015 at 3:55 pm

What is he less than a quarter asian? No wonder you can’t tell he has asian ancestry.

Kimmel September 26, 2016 at 12:30 am

I can’t tell he has specifically Asian ancestry, but I can tell he is ‘different’ from the standard.

California July 24, 2015 at 8:18 pm

He can’t act worth a damn, and is only famous because of his grandfather. He’s very average looking too.

Greyface March 20, 2016 at 4:41 pm

I came here to say he was handsome! now I am confused?

Capricious May 9, 2015 at 1:16 am

Handsome guy.

andrew April 16, 2015 at 8:17 am

follers you should add Steve McQueen, I cant believe he’s not on the site.

Katz August 29, 2014 at 5:16 am

He has less than 1/4 Asian blood, (with the Filipina grandparent being mixed-race herself) obviously he’s going to look more white. But I do think he looks it more than his dad. Good looking guy.

Your Mom August 7, 2014 at 5:01 pm

White As Hell.

ShawntheGod July 27, 2014 at 3:52 am

He doesn’t look Asian one bit.

Freerk July 12, 2014 at 4:18 pm

One of the best-looking men of all time. (Though I hesitate to call a boy of age 26 a man …)

Conclusion: I ought to search for a Scottish/English/Dutch/Spanish/Filipino/Chinese woman …

eyaeyayooooo June 13, 2014 at 10:02 am

His dad was just a half filipino and her grandmother was declared a filipina but had some foreign blood so don’t wonder why her grandson looks white because it’s dominant

WTF June 3, 2014 at 4:04 pm

he honestly looks half mexican.

Check7t February 21, 2014 at 12:43 pm

Well he may be part Asian, but he looks white so…

roman2886 June 4, 2014 at 4:35 pm

Like me i may be part Asian but i look White like Southern European White.

roman2886 February 3, 2014 at 4:04 pm

I’m a similar mix English Irish Scottish Welsh Austrian German Italian Filipino Spanish Chinese Japanese Indonesian and Malaysian.

strawberry20 November 3, 2013 at 1:52 pm

he’s hot no matter what he is

ShawntheGod November 2, 2013 at 4:54 am

He looks fully white tbh.

notional November 2, 2013 at 12:32 pm

he doesn’t have much chinese ancestry, even his grandmother Nellie Adams looks white

Rudedude October 14, 2013 at 5:54 am

But why is someone like Steven considered white, when he does have Asian blood? If his mother had been part-black, then he’d be labeled black…don’t get it.

andrew March 7, 2013 at 9:33 am

is he the nephew of Steve McQueen? lucky guy

rickyflo March 6, 2013 at 10:24 pm

Looks as said and it is a neat, great mix

andrew August 31, 2013 at 5:08 pm

Actually he looks completely Caucasian since his Asian heritage is minimal, you wouldnt have guessed it if there wasnt written above

follers August 31, 2013 at 9:51 pm

Here are Steven’s paternal grandparents.

I think Steven is much better looking than his famous grandfather, that is for sure. Sorry, but it’s true. Steve McQueen wasn’t very good looking. As for Steven’s Asian ancestry, I think he is perhaps between 1/8th and 1/16th, something like that. David Strathairn is 1/16th Asian, as well.

andrew September 1, 2013 at 6:22 am

so Steve McQueen was overrated?

follers September 1, 2013 at 6:55 am

Steve McQueen was a good actor, but he wasn’t good looking. He looked like Daniel Craig.

DarellDianne April 11, 2012 at 5:22 am

Great mix

me March 1, 2012 at 4:35 pm

nice mix,then he is Eurasian.

Alice July 19, 2011 at 3:57 am

He must have Scottish in him if his surname is McQueen.

Lil Vacha July 19, 2011 at 9:13 am

EDIT/CORRECTION

Yeahh… I agree. I think he’s also Scottish hence his last name ‘McQueen’ is Scottish… his paternal grandfather Steve McQueen’s wikipedia pages lists him as Scottish… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_McQueen

Steven R. McQueen’s mother’s last name is Toten and that’s an Irish or English last name or possibly Norwegian… Toten is a city in Norway…

sanne January 14, 2012 at 3:47 am

Toten is an Norwegian name :) It is not quite a city though. It is an area parted in east and vest toten :) I am from there :D

rafael June 22, 2011 at 10:08 pm

Selena Garcia-Martinez June 22, 2011 at 9:37 pm

lol what the heck?
So hes White,Asian,& Latino. Hmmm good mix hes handsome.

Diana September 14, 2011 at 7:35 am

He’s not part latino. His Spanish blood comes from Spain. That means he is European, with a bit of Asian in him.

thalia January 16, 2014 at 4:44 pm

Though I know this comment is super old, technically speaking most Latino’s are of both Spanish and Native American or something like that. And if his grandmother really was Filipino, Spanish, Chinese and whatever, doesn’t that make her a Mestizo? Which is what most Latino’s are?

marjanel April 20, 2014 at 6:02 pm

Spanish is what makes Latin Americans latino

Tiarra March 25, 2011 at 1:12 am

Oh my gahhh!!!! he’s Filipino,Spanish,Chinese,English, and German!!! I saw him on Minutemen, and I thought he was handsome, and I knew he was Filipino!wow!
