Color means nothing. Its all in the features. In Africa, there are those who have high cheek bones similiar to Native-Americans, Slanted eyes like Asians. Some even have red hair and light eyes. U are right bcs i have a pure blooded african cousin who has slanted eyes like asians so does his mum and he is really really light skin even lighter than me. It still amazes me how people who have never been to Africa assume that Africans can’t be this africans can’t be that bollocks. I know many africans who have those ”european features” and they can go as light as black amercians can go without being mixed am not saying you’ll find blonds, blue eyes and green eyes in Africa but u can find almost every other so called european features there. My dad’s girlfriend is probably the lightest african woman that i know she can almost pass for a very light mulatto. Black american can claim whatever they want but as long as u look predominantly black and u grew up with black american culture then u r only that BLACK. How many of u can tell me they practice same culture as native americans and white americans? I don’t think many of u grew up with the same experience as them. For me i identify with the culture i grew up with (black) despite having another ethnicity somewhere there but then again that is me.

There’s nothing wrong with saying what else is in your family bloodline,it doesn’t stop you from being part of the black culture here.Black people mixing with others is nothing new,it’s been happening ever since other colors pop up.Also there were more bi-culturial people in the past than there is now,black people are still here.Quiet as it’s kept,many black families in past got started through white women.Now thats a fact,black and white marriage or relationship were very common in the first years of the U.S,to common for white men.Which is why they tried to pass laws to stop it.Plus the fact that many white men did what they wanted with black women,even Washington is rumored to have had a half black child through one of his brothers slaves.So there were a lot of bi-culturial people running around.Plus other countries like Germany send alot of their bi-culturial kids here to the states to be adopted by black families.So what I’m saying is,the vast majority of black people here have mixtures in them,but are still black people They just did a DNA test on 416 AA’s in Washington I think,can’t remember.Anyhow out of 416 black people,416 of them had European bloodlines with the avg being 18%.Now I not saying European mean white,because it doesn’t.T he bloodlines could have been started through black Europeans or other.What I’m saying is that they were European bloodlines never the less.Now because they have those bloodlines,does that stop them from being black people,No.So it’s ok to say what other bloodline you have it doesn’t stop you from being a proud black person,I’m a prime example of that
