Sepp Blatter is a Swiss football administrator. He served as Secretary General of FIFA, from June 1981 to 8 June, 1998, and as the eighth president of FIFA, from 8 June, 1998 to 21 December, 2015.

He was raised Catholic. Sepp has a daughter with his former wife Liliane Biner. He was also married to Barbara Käser, until her death. Barbara was the daughter of Helmut Käser, who was also Secretary General of FIFA, from April 1960 to June 1981.
