Patricia Field is an American costume designer, stylist, and fashion designer. Her work includes the show Sex and the City and the film The Devil Wears Prada.

Her father was born in Constantinople, now Istanbul, Turkey, of Armenian descent. Her mother was from Plomari, Lesbos, Greece. She was raised in Queens, where her family owned a drycleaning store.

Patricia’s maternal grandfather was named Iowannis “John” Yimoyines/Yiamouyiannis.

Patricia’s maternal grandmother was named Sultana Valakou/Valakos.
