Ornella Muti is an Italian actress. She has acted in more than 70 films, including Flash Gordon.

Her father was Italian, from Naples. Her mother, Renate Ilse Krause, was an ethnic German from Võrumaa, Estonia. Ornella resides in Monte Carlo, Monaco. She has three children: actress and singer Naike Rivelli, and two with her former husband Federico Fachinetti.

Ornella’s maternal grandparents emigrated from Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg, Russia) to Estonia, during the Russian Revolution in 1917.

Ornella’s maternal grandfather was Alexander Wilhelm Krause (the son of Karl Ludwig Fromhold Krause and Amalie/Mahle Kabbutz). Alexander was born in Võru, Estonia. Karl was born in Mooste/Moisekatz, Põlva khk, the son of Gustaw Otto Krause and Charlotte Johannson. Amalie was born in Trapene, trapenes pagaste -Treppenhof, the daughter of Peter Kablitz/Kabutz and Suzanne/Sanne Justament.

Ornella’s maternal grandmother was Emma Katharina Hauck (the daughter of Wilhelm Hauck and Emma Hauck). Ornella’s grandmother Emma was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Wilhelm was the son of Christoph Friedrich Hauck and Jeannette von Hoerden. Ornella’s great-grandmother Emma was the daughter of Adolf Gottlieb and Henriette Hopfenhausen.
