Nina Foch was a Dutch and American actress.

Her father, Dirk Fock, a musical conductor, was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, of Dutch descent. Her mother, Consuelo Flowerton (Consuelo Maud Flowerton), an actress and singer, was American, and had English, French, and Scottish ancestry. She moved to New York City, New York, with her mother during her early childhood. Nina had one child with her former husband Dennis de Brito.

Nina’s paternal grandfather was Dirk Fock (the son of Cornelis Fock and Maria Anne Uyttenhooven). Dirk was born in Wijk bij Duurstede. Cornelis was born in Amsterdam, the son of Abraham Fock and Alida Johanna van Heekeren. Maria Anne was the daughter of Dirk Uyttenhooven and Jacoba Ermerins.

Nina’s paternal grandmother was Wilhelmina Catharina Cornelia Doffegnies (the daughter of Johannes Joseph Doffegnies and Sara Maria Rookmaaker). Johannes was the son of Felix Doffegnies and Wilhelmina Catharina Dijckmeester.

Nina’s maternal grandfather was named Alexander J. Flowerton. Alexander was either from Hungary or British India.

Nina’s maternal grandmother was Maud/Maude Mary Valot (the daughter of Edward/Philip Valot and Sarah MacDonald). Maud was born in Nova Scotia, Canada.
