Her father, Ulf Björlin (Mats Ulf Stefan Björlin), was a Swedish conductor and composer, who was born in Stockholm. Her mother, Fary Björlin (née Dadashi), is an Iranian interior designer.
She was born in Newport, Rhode Island, and lived in Sweden until she was seven years old, particularly in Stockholm, later moving to Palm Beach, Florida. She can speak Swedish, English, and Farsi.
Nadia is married to Grant Turnbull, with whom she has two children.
Nadia’s paternal grandfather was named Per Mattias Björlin.

@Bella They are not exotic at all,the only europeans that i find exotic are armenians,turkish and some ethinic russians.In this site i always see some person saying “i see italian on her/him” !,how this is possible?I’m mix of russian and german,nobody think that i’m exotic or “see” russian or german in me,i’m just white.

What is purpose of this discussion anyway? Nadia Bjorlin is half European and half Middle Eastern, I do not think she’s exotic at all. I understand liniker what mean, if a person goes in Japan, biracial like Nadia Bjorlin, for example, this person is half European and half Japanese,of course he will be considered exotic because he is different from the others.
