Funny that you are supposedly Native yet do not even know anything about your own culture. Cyrus is not a Native last name and it is nowhere close to being one.

Her native american genes can be stronger than her european..Its called genetics.theres actually a white couple that had a black baby because of their african ancestry..happens all the time but she looks like her dad ,genes can skip several gene.Research Genealogy but I learned about it in 9th grde.
