Northern Irish ancestry ia really just scottish ancestry with a bit of english and real irish ancestry. Some northern Irish people can have welsh in them as well, but it’s not often. (And by real irish i mean catholic and with ancient roots in far west countys in Ireland, like Cork). So i would just put “English, Scottish, some Irish, possibly Welsh” istead of “Scots-irish/Northern Irish”, because it’s not really a thing in regards to ethnicity. NI is not like Scotland and Wales, most people there are ethnically either from Britain (mostly scottish) are normal irish.
