Medalion Rahimi is an American actress. She has appeared on the shows The Catch, Still Star-Crossed, My Dead Ex, The Outpost, NCIS: Los Angeles, Pam & Tommy, and From Scratch, and in the film Before I Fall.

She is a first-generation Iranian-American. Her parents left Iran because of its dictatorship, before marrying in the U.S. They are described as a Jewish lawyer mother and a Muslim dentist father.

Medalion is also said to have Russian ancestry. It is not clear if this is accurate.
