Looks Lebanese or Assyrian. Interesting how sometimes Greeks and Italians resemble Levantines. But of course, their countries are of the same latitude.
You need to check the map again because Greece and Italy are not at the same latitude of the Levant. North Italy, where most Italians live, is bordered by France, Switzerland, Austria etc…, and it does not have a Mediterranean climate.
Also Maria Menounos does not look Levantine but Southern European. She’s Greek but she could pass for a Spanish girl too.
