Manda Ophuis is a Dutch singer and composer. She was the lead vocalist in the Dutch symphonic rock band Nemesea. She is the daughter of Fokje (Wildeboer) and Jan Hendrikus Ophuis.

Manda’s patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to her fifth great-grandfather, Jan Sints Ophuis.

Manda’s paternal grandfather was Evert Ophuis (the son of Douwe Ophuis and Jantje Wit). Evert was born in Eemsmond, Groningen. Douwe was the son of Sint Jans Ophuis and Froukje Douwes de Vries. Jantje was the daughter of Evert Jans Wit and Trijntje Klasen Jonker.

Manda’s paternal grandmother was Hendrikje Booij (the daughter of Jan Booij and Grietje Koman). Hendrikje was born in Emmen, Drenthe. Jan was the son of Stoffer Booij and Hendrikje Kikkert. Grietje was the daughter of Johannes Hendrikus Koman and Lammechien Donninger.
