His race is white on the death certificate.
You should add Portuguese to her ethnicity.

What other ”white” could he be? Icelandic?

How ridiculous is that “African, possibly other”?? LOL
Her father’s birth record says ”una crianca do sexo masculino, de cor morena”.
The other two documents make no mention of race.

I keep confusing Spanish and Portuguese
Mãe solteira de um garoto de seis anos, ela era chamada de Pocahontas pela cor morena de sua pele, resultado da miscigenação das etnias indígena e negra da sua família.
The single mother of a six year-old-boy, she used to be called Pocahontas due to the dark coloration of her skin as a result of the mixing of indigenous and black ethnicities in her family.

@stlucas
So ”Brazilian (African, Indigenous, possibly other)”?
@bablah
Yes. Based on the surnames of her ancestors, likely some Portuguese as well. Also, she was born in Miguel Alves, Piauí, and only moved to the state capital of Teresina during high school.
IMO since her background is uncertain she should be just tagged as “Brazilian”.
She reminds me the Indonesian actress Laura Gemser. Lais looks South-East Asian or Polynesian, like those Gauguin women. Also look to her childhood pic: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2015/07/16/14/2A8FD41500000578-3163874-image-a-7_1437054809390.jpg

He looks mixed, but slightly more Indigenous IMO. Maybe that’s where her Asian look comes from.
this is her brother, Leonardo Pereira de Oliveira.
