Kevin De Bruyne is a Belgian professional footballer. He is a midfielder for Premier League club Manchester City and captains the Belgium national team. His signing by Manchester in 2015 for a reported club-record fee of £55 million, was the second most expensive transfer in British football history.
Kevin’s mother was born in Burundi, Africa, because her father worked for an oil company. She has also lived in the Ivory Coast. Kevin can speak fluent Dutch, French, and English. He is married to Michèle Lacroix, with whom he has three children.

I imagine when you have a country like Belgium, it’s probably necessary to detail which group from within the country he’s from. His surname is Flemish, so I suspect his dad is Flemish. Is his mother also Flemish?
