Yes african american , that is her Ethnicity. It is her cultural background, her traditions and history, not her phenotype. Have you even looked up what African American means ? Partial or full African Ancestry. We all know AA tend to have something else in their bloodline. Just like everyone else, we have our own title for ourselves.

Nobody in this world is pure of anything. Complexion is never a definitive indication of a person ethnic or racial background, and not every African American has a mixed ancestry, for example Oprah Winfrey. Oprah’s dna results reported she was over 90 percent Sub-Saharan African. Since you want to based everything off African American admixture results, I could easily state that dna websites such as family tree dna, 23 and me, as well as ancestry dna said that African American whom contain atleast 50% of European Dna, only make up less than 15% of the total African American population in America. You stated that African American means, somebody of full or partial African Ancestry, am I correct? Dna genealogists revealed that approximately one in every ten whites in the south contains traces of african dna. Does that classify them as being African American?

        @cass

In this very long -winded and unnecessary tantrum, you gave the same definition Partial simply means not full, I didn’t. Off into any percentages or anything like that, so I don’t. Know what you’re. Talking about. So if you don’t. Like the definition. Of the phrase, TO Bad. Now as for the last part of your tantrum, about whites with black ancestry, that’s why they got rid of the (one drop Rule)

She probably has european ancestry she knows nothing about or choose to ignore…

  3. M says:

She looks mixed with white and a little bit of Native American. She could pass as a multiracial Puerto Rican.

  4. ShawntheGod says:

    At least 30% European.

    • yrotsih says:

her being at least 30% european wouldn’t/couldn’t validate why she looks the way she does because nation or culture has nothing to do with how any individual looks. You do realize that black people can originally be from europe right ? any color can be “originally” from any nation but regardless of that nation we’re still all on one place (earth )

    She looks mixed to me…

    • ihatemostpeople says:

Because she is. She may not be a first generation biracial, but I can assure you she has a lot of white in her family.

      • yrotsih says:

I don’t know why you “hate most people” when you have the mindset of most people we are all related so this theory would have to apply to every human being walking this earth.Regardless of color ,nation ,or culture we all are born on earth and created by God I just hope you wakeup out of the coma you’re in and come to the realization that we are all related but love makes us family and it’s obvious we’re not family because there is lots of evidence out there that proves otherwise .

        Stop trying to claim us.

      • midori29 says:

@Ihatemost people, I disagree, model Tyra banks looks alot like her and Tyra is only 14% European, as per her dna test thats not alot of white.

      • midori29 says:

@I hatemost people, google other pics of Keri Hilson without the dyed blonde hair. Your statement is not true

mix is not a look unless you’re referring to paint.. there is no such thing as looking mixed …there is only one race the human race in which one can only look human and just as God intended them to look. There are mixed people out there but they are culturally and nationally mixed don’t get that confused with being racially mixed.

    • midori29 says:

Basically any pretty black woman is made out to be mixed, even if she is not. She cannot just be black. But an exotic white woman like ie. Cindi Crawford has got to be 100% white. Such a double standard.
