Honestly, who’s really “just black” anymore. Fuck outta here with that. African Americans are SO mixed.In some people its more apparent than in others but the mixture is there.I don’t understand why people are getting mad especially when people are basing their guessing Keri Hilson is mixed on the fact that SHE LOOKS MIXED.There’s reason for people to think that.

She isnt just light skinned, she also has some mixed features like her jaw/cheek bone structure, her eyes, and her thin/pointy nose.. theres no reason for anyone to get offended by someone thinking she has a mixed ethnicity–the fact is, she does look somewhat mixed…(In my opinion though, she is just black and got a nose job)

Well there is no such thing as a “pure race” – everyone is mixed. Race is more a question of identity than biology – she identifies as African-American. Therefore, that’s what she is.

Exactly, Black is just a color, you saying black makes her sound, like charcoal dark, shes brown/light skinned,
get educated people. She has an african american descent background. like all other people who say im just black.

she’s pretty…but why does everyone have to say that light skins are mixed…lol makes no sense…i mean my mama is light skined. her parents are light skinned, her mothers mama was light skinned n so on n so forth and i’m dark skinned.
