Jennifer is the daughter of Patricia Mae and Herbert Daniel Hewitt. She was raised in Nolanville in Central Texas. She is married to actor Brian Hallisay, with whom she has three children.

On an Instagram live feed on March 9, 2018, Jennifer said that she also has Dutch and Native American ancestry. It is not clear if Jennifer’s Native American ancestry has been verified/documented. Uhhh, it says on imdb that her mom is italian and her dad is german, so i guess no one is really right in this situation. Although i guess its still possible she could have english ancestry. You guys can check for yourself.

Mischa Barton who is English-born, but half Irish on her mother’s side (and who takes after her in looks :D) plus, she’s also American, Brad Pitt is Welsh-American, isn’t he? Still American, though. Not English.

I think he was talking about English as ethnicity, Paul, not nationality. Most white Americans descend from different Caucasian ethnic groups, and even Native American and black.
However, you are right. When talking of nationality, most of those people are not English by citizenship. When you are talking of ethnicity, most of those people are not English either. Cheryl Cole, for example, is Irish and Scottish ethnically, but a citizen of England.
Still, there are pretty English people. There just seems to be not many left, and if they are, they are usually mixed with another ethnic group.

Abbey Clancy, Cheryl Cole, Pixie Lott, Katy Perry, etc. have Irish ancestry and look it (especially Abby Clancy, who is from Liverpool, which is pretty much a part of Ireland in England).
