I don’t know whats the problem with her being black. We are tired of the dumb standards on earth that white is better or any other race is better than black only because they’re different in looks, thats very stupid, and there will be a time and a place for those who Ridicule, harm, mock and manipulate black people, wait for it. why is it so bad to be black on earth, you treat them like there a horrible disease or something. “black dirty, black ugly, black this, black that, black, black, black”. who set the standard that tarnish their image?! for all the hurt and embarrassment, there has to be something very good thats going to happen for them, for being so hated on earth. 1. Mother’s maiden name: Jeanne Anderson
2. Mother’s married name: Jeanne Cohen
3. Mother married Edward Cohen
3. Biological father: African-American named Alfred Beals
4. Older brother who looks “hispanic” as JB said in an early interview
5. Younger brother who looks “typically biracial” as JB said in an early interview
6. JB considers herself BIRACIAL, that is what is identifies as THEREFORE
All you individuals calling her white or black are incorrect, in her opinion, she is both and you all should simply state her ethnic makeup or identify her as she identifies herself!
However, I will admit that the world DOES see her as “white”, well, unless she has a tan. (lol) I can bet, though, as soon as all those claiming her to be “white” find out her father was African-American, they’re quick to refute her.

african blood is a very dominate gene. One drop is all thats needed for that person to be link to that particular race. It does not matter if you are from the moon, if you have african blood you are more likely to be african.

i agree adriana. that sounds like some regurgitated “one drop rule” bull crap. I beleive on this earth you can’t get any darker than an african person so it makes it extremeley easy to tell if you’re mixed with that particular group, especially when you consider how unique the facial features and hair texture are for that gorup. it’s actually partly the reason why africans were chosen as slaves, because when the first settlers attempted to enslave AmerIndians, they easily escaped, hwoever a Black person was more traceable and marked by their phenotype (observable facial characteristics and such). It’s what amrked the beginning of slavery being race based in this country
