Eric’s maternal grandparents are James Webb Rogers, Jr. (the son of James Webb Rogers, Sr. and Anna Phillips Clarke) and Mary Ellen Stanley (the daughter of George Dewey Stanley and Lillian Elizabeth Lloyd). Lillian was the daughter of Otho Straughn Lloyd and Mary Elizabeth Wheatley.
