Yes, my mother and aunt told me that when I was a kid.They also said he was in love with this black girl,but she turned him down and he acted cold toward black people after that.I think he was in Louisiana at the time,but can’t prove it . Oh yeah never call a Melungeon black,in the old days they went out their way to hide that fact

I have loved Elvis since I was 14 years old. He does the Cherokee Indians proud.
I to, am part Cherokee, and proud of it. There will never be another Elvis–he was one of a kind!!!!! A good Christian man, that stupid, gready Doctors took advantage of by giving him additive drugs- to loose weight on, to stay awake and to go to sleep with. Elvis and Priscilla looked alike only because she dyed her hair black. He liked black hair. They are NOT cousins.
