His real name, Adam Michael Goldstein also known as DJ AM was well known in the celebrity scene, spinning in exclusive clubs around the world. Some gigs paid Goldstein up to $25,000 for one night. The life of a high profile DJ did have it’s perils, as Goldstein had a drug addiction which eventually lead to his death on August 28th 2009.
DJ AM is known to have dated celebrities such as Mandy Moore and Nicole Richie, to whom he was once engaged to.
