Daya Vaidya is a Nepalese-born American actress.

Daya is the daughter of Laura Carmel (Depaulo) and Atul B. Vaidya. She has a sister, Lara Karuna, and a half-brother, Victor. Daya moved to Oakland, California, with her family at the age of two. She is married to Don Wallace, and has three children.

Daya’s maternal grandfather was named Vincent J. Depaulo. Vincent was born in New York, to parents from Italy.
