Colin Kaepernick is an American professional football player and spokesperson. A quarterback, he has played for six seasons for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He is 6′4″.

He was adopted by white parents, Teresa and Rick Kaepernick. The surname Kaepernick is German.

His biological father was African-American. His biological mother, Heidi (Zabransky) Russo, is white.

Colin has one child with his partner, radio and television personality, and host, Nessa. Colin is a practicing Christian.

Colin’s biological maternal grandfather is named James Paul Zabransky (the son of Joseph Frank Zabransky and Norma). Joseph’s parents, Frank Joseph Zabransky and Magdalene Kroupa, were Bohemian [Czech] immigrants.

Colin’s biological maternal grandfather is named Margaret Ann Curran. The surname Curran is usually of Irish origin.

Colin has said that he has traced some of his ancestry to Ghana.

      Many Egyptians are subsharan African black mixed in the current times. There is no dividing line people migrate and mix. And there are black Egyptians I personally know one.
