With reference to my previous explanation, Catherine Zeta Jones, according to Wikki, was named after her Grandmothers, Catherine Fair and Zeta Jones.
Fair is and old English (Anglo-Saxon) name and Zeta is Italian meaning ‘Little Girl’. The name ‘Jones’ was a generic name given to foreign immigrants in the 19th Century by local Welsh administrators.
The massive influx of 200,000 Italians to Wales in the 19th Century concentrated their trades in Coffee Houses and Confectionary.
It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to infer that her father, who according to Wikki is named Jones and owns a sweet factory, is probably of Italian descent.

I live in South Wales and belong to a history society. Before 1830 there were only 500,000 (Half a Million) people in Wales but by 1900, due to the massive influx from Italy (200,000 mostly to South Wales), England, Scotland and Ireland, it was 2,000,000 (2 Million), four times the original population.
This is a fact, therefore it should be no surprise, that especially in South Wales, a lot of women will have black hair and Mediterranean looks.
The Welsh are very proud of their Welsh heritage, but most don’t realise that if they go back to 1850, there is much more chance that their relatives were not ‘Welsh’ at all. A neighbour of mine who has an animosity towards the English is named Jenkins, which is an old English name :-) My local County Coucillor who who has an almost unpronouncable Welsh name, has relatives that came from England 120 years ago.
You just gave an explination for the entire earth and you are absolutely correct. This is why I always say name races not just places. She doesn’t look at all Welch no matter where she was born. If a black family lived in Japan and a child was born of them while over there, do you think the Japanese people would classify that child’s race as Japanese or Asian? NOT. She looks more Middle Eastern than anything else. Even though she can pass as Welsh or Irish, my first guess would be Middle Eastern. I heard rumors about a Saudi father and that’s why she went with her grandmother’s name as her last name which you would have to admit is very unusual.
Well to me she looks nothing like her family and It will come out what she really is. What’s ironic is that some people called Ava Gardner “Black Irish” then in a biography about Frank Sinatra, he was quoted as saying her father was black but passed as white which was common back then even in my own family tree. Catherine is a mixture of somethin I don’t care what anyone says. Other people who have passed or dumpers to have questionable ancestry, Dwight Eisenhower, President Wiliam Taft and you can google and find pictures of his brown skinned relatives, Dinah Shore, Carol Channing, Abraham Lincoln, Carley Simon, can’t think of any one else but I’m sure there are a lot more out there. Not sure what Catherine is mixed with but there’s something going on

I am sorry, but no. There are too many people in Europe who look like Catherine for it to be a coincidence. True, I believe she has admixture, like many other Europeans, but directly-speaking, no, her parents are white.

Have to disagree with you,it may not be the 1940’s,but in people minds it’s still not ok to have black blood.Why do you think everytime a white celebrity is mention to have black blood,the people on this site get offended.That’s the only bloodline they attack.Someone made a joke saying you can say a white person is a (german,jew,irish, a rapist,and part black)and the only thing they get mad about is that you said he was part black.Or they say your just trying to turn everybody black,you just want to claim him,no it’s a lie,they are 1000000% white;stupid little things like that.
I meant to say Warren Harding not Taft, and yes its not the 1940’s and I don’t know what world your living in or maybe your just evolved but a lot of white people still do hide black ancestry. Also don’t let there be an old picture of a darker skin relative rumored to be black, some will say “oh thats a tan, she was a Cherokee princess” lol, or something like that. You should look up this reporter Charlie Leduff and read his story. His black ancestry was recently revealed to him. So yes its still okay in some peoples eyes not to be black. Yes Ava Gardners father was bi-racial or Melungeon like Abraham Lincoln is rumored to be, but in reality , when you say “not fully black” thats what the majority of African Americans are. Even if they don’t look like it. Thers’s nothing wrong with being full blacks because Africans are beautiful people but most African Americans are mixed and some people from Africa are too, thats why we come in so many hues, and hair textures, and a variation of different eye colors

Her look is very common in Wales. Tom Jones and Jonathan Rhys Davies are Welsh as well. Their look is similar to hers. I said that a lot of Europeans share Catherine’s looks because of admixture.

Why did you do it to her when many native Welsh and Irish people share the same characteristics as her? I think you should go onto every white person’s board and say “something is going on.” Apparently, you do think “something is going on.”
Europe has been a home to numerous invasions for thousands of years. Arabs, Berbers, Africans, Mongolians, and everything in between invaded that damn continent . . . even Finland has been invaded. In America, many white people have admixture as well. Their ancestry could consist of Native American A N D black. Tom Jones, Catherine Zeta Jones, Jonathan Rhys Davies, George Clooney, Cheryl Cole, Sean Connery, Gerard Butler, Frankie Sandford, and all of those white folks look the way they do because of it. It does not take a genius to figure that out.
Since you were able to realize that African-Americans have mixed ancestry, you should have been able to realize that.
That is so true about african americans having mixed blood. I’m mostly african but my great grandfather on my mother’s side, his line traces back to Spain, so that would mean I have Spanish blood. And I seems to have blood from almost every race, but my family is trying to find where we are from. African and all. :)
