It’s the hair. Edurne Garcia’s facial features still look iberian while Caroline Trentini shows Germanic facial features mixed with Northern Italian.
I don’t know which part of Italy “Trentini” comes from though. “Trentino” is Nothern Italian and seems similar to “Trentini” (lol or i could be pulling this out of my ass)

You are right. The surname Trentini apparently comes from Trentino-Alto Adige, in Northern Italy, and is concentrated in the South region of Brazil.
BTW, according the following website, her parents’ full names are Oscar Jacob Trentini and Lourdes Bernadete Winter.
