Apollo Quiboloy is a Filipino pastor. He is the church leader of the Philippines-based Restorationist church, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC). He founded the KJC in 1985, and has said that he is “the Appointed Son of God” and “the Owner of the Universe.” He is the founder and leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Name Above Every Name, Inc.

He is the son of María Carreón y Quinto, or María Quinto Carreón in Filipino, and José Quiboloy y Turla, or José Turla Quiboloy in Filipino. His parents were Kapampangan, from Lubao, Pampanga. He has also lived in Davao. He was raised in the United Pentecostal Church.

Apollo’s paternal grandfather was Dionisio Quiboloy y Manalili (or Dionisio Manalili Quiboloy in Filipino, the son of Cayetano Quiboloy and Cecilia Manalili).

Apollo’s paternal grandmother was Anastacia Turla y Flores (or Anastacia Flores Turla in Filipino, the daughter of Juan Turla and Martina Flores).

Apollo’s maternal grandfather was Lucas Carreón y Canlas (or Lucas Canlas Carreón in Filipino, the son of Juan Carreón and Victoriana Canlas).

Apollo’s maternal grandmother was Adriana Quinto y Danan (or Adriana Danan Quinto in Filipino, the daughter of Julio Quinto and Bernabela Danan).
