He is the son of Lisbeth Anita (Olsson) and record producer Sven-Olof Bagge.
Anders was previously married to Laila Bagge Wahlgren, until their divorce; and to Sarah Johansson, until their divorce.
Anders’ patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to his fourth great-grandfather, Olof Gundensson, who was Norwegian.
Anders’ paternal grandfather was Tor Aron Sigvard Bagge (the son of Wilhelm Persson Bagge and Sigrid Charlotta Andersson). Tor was born in Katarina, Stockholm. Wilhelm was the son of Per Gustaf Olofsson Bagge and Anna Stina Carlsdotter. Sigrid was the daughter of Carl (later Karl) Andersson and Maria Lovisa Ersdotter.

Anders’ maternal grandmother was Anna-Lisa Margareta Olsson (the daughter of Tobias Olsson and Hulda Sofia Gill). Anna-Lisa was born in Torsås, Kalmar. Tobias was the son of Olof Nilsson and Anna Lisa Nilsdotter. Hulda was the daughter of Johan Alfred Olsson Gill and Emma Kristina Jonasdotter.
