Abigail Breslin’s maternal grandfather Lawrence A. Walsh 1929 was the son of Lawrence A. Walsh and Mildred H Duffy who were both born in New Jersey. Mildred H Duffy was the daughter of Joseph Duffy and Maud Duffy. Maud was born in Ireland and immigrated to New Jersey. I got this on ancestry records and I apologize if any of this information is inaccurate.

BTW, since Dirty Dancing airs a month from now, if Breslin has recent Jewish ancestry, I’m sure it will be mentioned in interviews and the like.
If she does have recent Jewish ancestry it has to be on her father’s side of the family. BTW, The New York Post and all the websites that copied the “half Jewish” statements probably don’t fact check people’s ethnic origins carefully so even if it is mentioned in interviews it could still be made up. Don’t forget about Alessandra Torresani who is “Half Jewish” and grew up celebrating Chanukah.

She looks very Irish/English. And she is catholic, i was checking her instagram pictures and she post a lot things about it.
I don’t think she looks at all Irish. I am half Irish half Norwegian and I visit Ireland a lot (counties Cork and Kerry). I think she looks a lot like my Ashkenazi Jewish friends who have ancestry from Poland, Germany, and Belarus.
She CAN pass as fully Irish or English.

The user “luckystar” is Brazilian. She/he/it is also very active in 2 different so-called “anthropology forum” with 2 similar nicknames. She started claiming to be Italian, than German and other stuff, and she also posted images of her in those forums, but they could have been stolen from facebook or other sites as it’s common in the web.
In one forum she presented herself in 2016 as a German/North Italian 17 years old from Brazil (that would be a common background in the south of the country), in another one as a Greek/Russian/Ukrainian 1998-born teen (because of the brainwashing made by the admin who has a fetish for associating Greeks to Slavs and Iberians to Brits). Now I’ve seen in the first forum that he has admitted to lie about his gender, he is a (gay) grown man, likely with non European ancestry too.
